“Not a creature was stirring..” except for the Republicans in Congress trying to come to grips with the inevitable .. Yes, on the eve of impeachment Donald Trump sent Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi a letter and in quick read it came across as a mish-mash of crazy to incoherent to even duplicitous and delusional.
As demonstrations calling for Trump’s impeachment in cities throughout the 50 states, of the United States, the has been enough satire and ridicule of Trump and his criminal organization to go around ..
..it’s Common Knowledge™ .. #maga #TheDonald #DonaldTrump @realDonaldTrump is beyond just “sick’ .. #covFeFe is batshit unfit insane .. in quick read the composition thereof, IT IS a mixture of nuts and CocoaPuffs®.. that he wants THIS as a “part of history” is LAUGHABLE.. pic.twitter.com/xne9SYn1yM

More to the point in “come what may” in Congress .. Donald J. Trump will be impeached .. and without any witnesses nor compelling exculpatory evidence to support his weak defense .. He is, for all intents and purposes, for ‘history’ and the sake of posterity a joke of a reality-TV personality installed by a foreign adversary & a “clear and imminent danger” to the national security of the U.S. .. removal of this criminal is imperative, but not certain now that it is known that Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell will hold a “kangaroo court” and per his declaration that he will “coordinate” defense strategy with the Whitehouse and covFeFe’s legal team.
Albeit, if not a symbolic action by the U.S. House of Representatives to protect the country, “history’ shall be the judge and jury in the years to come .. and Trump will go into the annals of American history as the one who came near to destroying it..

Now while the “No, that Craigslist ad offering to pay for Trump support is phony” as publicized by PolitiFact there have been accounts of “shell workers” who have been paid by the Trump campaign before the 2016 election and more than likely continuing now.
“But despite his own disdain for supposedly paid protesters, Trump himself has benefited from people being paid to attend his events, both in his capacity as a political candidate and as president...” — Business Insider, 8/202019
It’s not to difficult to ascertain of which citation is absolute fact, however it is certain such fuckery isn’t lost upon #covFeFe ..
.. no, no .. pls. don’t cop out .. just cite .. how hard can that be? .. look .. cite this .. pic.twitter.com/x2ocJXjuzq

U.S. Congress Judiciary committee investigating Donald Trump turned into a facts vs. filibuster, by Republicans who wanted to turn the hearing into a Trump shit-show and circus.
The most notable, if not repugant exhibition of non-decorum was by the Judiciary Committee minority leader Rep. Doug Collins who in cross examination with Democrat counsel David Goldman was the height of reprehensible if not altogether irresponsible behavior; asking one leading, red-herring of questions after another and without allowing Goldman to reply. As well as sinking to casting personal aspersions and insult at Goldman, with another, Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz interrupting and coming into the fray behaving like a batshit partisan zealot.

To this point it appears that the Democrats are prepared to put to a vote Articles of Impeachment against Trump in the morning and coupled with the release of the IG report yesterday stating that there was no wrongdoing by the FBI and intelligence in the investigation of Trump-Russia, the Republicans are now hard pressed to come up will additional conspiracies.
There is speculation that the Articles may include a portion(s) of the Mueller report, however it is not certain at this time if the Democrat caucus has agreed or come to consensus on this.
It is going to be a moment in history tomorrow when Donald J. Trump will be 4th sitting president in the history of the United States to be impeached ..
Dateline: Monday, December 9, 2019
In a matter of hours the U.S. Congress Judiciary committee investigating Donald Trump in proceedings pursuant to his impeachment will commence. Much has been discussed, debated and argued over what the Articles of Impeachment will contain. Chairman Jerry Nadler declared over the weekend that “if” this were a civil criminal proceeding, outside of the Department of Justice rule that ‘no sitting president can be indicted,’ that the jury would come back in a matter of minutes with a guilty verdict.
While there is speculation of whether or not portions of the Mueller Report will be included the consensus among Democrats is that there is enough evidence to proceed with a majority vote to impeach Trump and to send to the Senate for a trial.
The hearing today will involve final closing arguments by the legislators and legal counsel on both sides of the aisle, now that it is clear that Trump has no intention of partcipating in the proceedings, and defying Congress with documents and key adminstration witnesses who have been “ordered” not to comply with the subpoenas issued.
This is to Trump’s peril .. and “par for the course” in his self-destruction ..

It’s now official; Donald J. Trump is beyond demurring over sending attorneys or even himself to the House Judiciary committee’s hearings and subsequent vote on his articles of impeachment.
It is this effort by Trump to avoid or even derail the investigation(s) into his “high crimes and misdemeanors” that is transparent to most if not all those who have been following these proceedings; it is obvious that Trump possesses a considerable amount of trepidation over his impeachment that he has gone tuck-tail and simply batshit crazy over it.
The committee hearing will proceed with, or without him and ultimately at his own peril.
